Non-Profit Organization for Mental Wellness & Suicide Prevention
One of the biggest things our co-founder, Ricardo Zulueta, learned from his experience in losing his brother to suicide was that most people are depressed because of their perspective and not really their situation.
They want to proactively help change people's perspective instead of waiting until they get suicidal tendencies.
Nobody can go back and start a new beginning but we can help inspire people to start and make a new ending.

Most people are not unhappy because they don't know what to do. They know exactly what they want to do but just won't make the decision to do it.

We need to do more in the way of suicide awareness and prevention and Start Day One is a great place to begin. Never underestimate how even just one act of kindness can help another person. It's all about helping others to see that their life is important and that they matter and have a purpose.

People are not overwhelmed because they have so much to change or do. It's only because they don't know where to start. They will immediately feel better once they get any kind of progress.
