In this episode of Thinking Out Loud Live, we invited Vivienne Hill to discuss how we can enhance personal achievement by overcoming stress and anxiety.

She is a clinical hypnotherapist, speaker, author, coach, pharmacist, and a mother of four daughters. She created a program called Funkhead to help young adults lower stress and anxiety for more effective learning and better grades.

The program is a 5-week program that teaches young adults to manage their anxiety, stress, and low mood whilst building happiness and resilience.

From her experience, students have greater confidence and a higher level of commitment and motivation, where they build the desire to do well and develop goals and plans.

This episode was made possible by Start Day One, a non-profit foundation for mental health and suicide prevention, which has a different approach in helping people by proactively reaching out instead of reactively waiting for mental health issues or suicidal tendencies.
